Every athlete must weigh-in, regardless of their class. Weigh-ins will be available at The Barn Gym 03/08/24 from 9:00am-12:00pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm, and the morning of (03/09/24) from 8:00am-8:45am. The rules meeting will be at 9:00 and the competition will start at 9:30.

Details on accommodations, food, drink, parking, etc. will be added when they're nailed down.

Tire Flip

3 flips for time. 60 second time limit. Front of tire must hit ground before timer stops!

Sandbag Carry & Load

3 sandbags. 40' run into the bed of a truck.

Log Ladder

3 logs in ascending weight. Last log for reps (clean and press away). 60 second time limit.

Max 18 inch Deadlift 

3 attempts, Wessel's rule. 20lb jumps for women, plate/quarter jumps for men. We will be using a Texas deadlift bar. Suits, straps, briefs, are all allowed. We want to see big numbers here.
