We are back once again to bring you another fantastic competition! As always we are honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

What to Bring: Proof of SC License, Your cheerleaders and cash to participate in the 50/50 raffle.

Events:

Max Log - last man/woman standing. 25# added each round for the men 15# for the woman. Men are using a 12" log women are using a 10" log. Chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belts are all allowed.

Car Deadlift - Neutral or conventional handles can be used, whichever you prefer. This a a simple deadlift for reps but we will be adding #50 to the men's and #20 to the women's each rep. Wraps, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves belts, chalk are allowed.

Husafell Stone Carry for disance - Carry the stone as many revolutions as possible. Ground will be marked with distance, athletes must walk past mark to count as a point. Apparatus may not touch the ground once in motion or it will stop there. Athlete may adjust load as long as apparatus does not touch the ground. Elbow sleeves, belts, knee sleeves, chalk are allowed.

Wrecking Ball Hold - Here is a fun one, you will be 10 ft up in the air in a cage. We will raise you until there is no slack in the chain and the handle is at your knees. You will then deadlift the weight up to your hold position. Time starts when the deadlift is locked out. Elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belts, chalk are allowed. No figure 8's no wraps. 

Atls Stone Load - 6 stones to load with progressly heavier weight and hight of platforms. This will be a head to head event. Fastest time loading your stones wins. Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belts, chalk tacky are allowed.
