-EVENTS-

1. Yoke Bench For Reps

Equipment: 1 Belt, Elbow Sleeves, Wrist Wraps, Knee Sleeves, Shoes

Competitor will start in a lying position over the bench. A volunteer will push the yoke into position, at which time the competitor will have a reasonable amount of time to set up and grip the bar. Upon the whistle, competitors will get a press and down command for each rep. When the yoke is locked out at the elbows as deemed by the head judge, the competitor will receive a down command. Once the yoke has completely settled, the competitor will receive a press command. This will be the event sequence for 60 seconds from the whistle to the end whistle. 

The yoke crossbar will start at a predetermined height for each weight class. We will not adjust the bar up and down for individual competitors. Causes for disqualification: beating the press command, beating the down command, failure the maintain control of the implement. 

2. Yoke, Sandbag, Tire Flip Medley

Equipment: 2 Belt Max, Elbow Sleeves, Knee Sleeves, Neoprene Shorts, Shoes

Competitor will start with hands on a yoke, when given the whistle, the competitor will take position under the yoke and carry down to a 30 foot line. The Yoke MUST COMPLETELY CROSS THE LINE with an audible “DOWN” command from a judge. Once the yoke has crossed the line the competitor will run to a sandbag and carry it - and load over the crossbar of the yoke. Once the sandbag has cleared the crossbar, the competitor will flip a tire to a finish line. The medley ends when ANY part of the tire touches the finish line. Competitors can adjust the yoke crossbar for their individual height.

4. Arm over Arm Truck Pull

Equipment: 2 Belt Max, Elbow Sleeves, Knee Sleeves, Neoprene Shorts, Shoes, NO GLOVES

Competitors will be seated in a tire with a rope attached to the front of a vehicle. Competitors will be given a reasonable amount of time to take control of the rope and pull out any slack. When the judge blows the start whistle, competitors will have 60 seconds to pull the vehicle a distance of 50 feet. Competitors will receive points for fastest time finished. In the event that a competitor does not finish in 60 seconds, a distance will be added to the time. 

5. Rubber Atlas Stones/SandBag Merry Go Round

Equipment: 2 Belt Max, Elbow Sleeves, Knee Sleeves, Neoprene Shorts, Shoes, Gloves Allowed for Sandbags Only

Competitors will start with hands on top of a tire with a wheeled platform. When given the start whistle, competitors will start by loading the lightest implement (rubber atlas stone or sandbag) to the platform and continue in a circle until all stones or bags are loaded on the platform. Time stops when the competitor loads the final implement and hands are off. 

General Rules

Competitors will conduct themselves in a safe, respectful and responsible manner. Competitors will respect the judges and volunteers for all of their hard work. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate by the show host will result in one warning and after one warning, the competitor will be asked to leave the arena. Inappropriate actions include, but not limited to - intentional drops, hitting striking or misuse of equipment (don't’ throw a temper tantrum) yelling obscenities (this is a family fair). Please remember to thank your judges and volunteers. If you can be safe, respectful and responsible - you can stay in the show - if not - you gotta go!
